adobe account

I am just trying to access an escript I have purchased through playscripts.com.  I may have two adobe accounts as it's not letting me access the script.  it's essencefoodstudio@bigpond.com and/or info@essenceproductions.com.au, Alaine Beek 0439 690091.  Can you help please.
