Adobe account error

I opened a file with my first adobe account but unfortunately the account deleted, and now I've opened new adobe account but can't open the files again as it is requesting of username & password of old account which I've forgeten.

It shows this; "Error getting license server

Communicating problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

I need a help please...!!!
