Adobe ade autorisation of e reader

Dear all.

I have following problem.

My adobe email adress is fam.codde@telenet.be

My e reader adress is also fam.codde@telenet.be but a previous e rader was fam.codde@pandora.be

When I want to authorize e reder it gives only fam.codde@pandora.be as possibility for reader authorization.

How to change this
