Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection from Mac to PC

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection purchased directly from Adobe by me for Mac. I am now trying to switch it to PC version & Adobe informed me I can do this via digital download using my serial #. Can someone please tell me where and how to do this?
