Adobe Digital 2.0 Installer Password Problem

I downloaded Adobe Digital 2.0 for my Mac and when I open the installer it asks for my password, when I put in my correct password it doesn't accept it. I have tried my Apple ID as well as changed my adobe password and tried that (in case I was entering it incorrectly). Nothing is working. I do not have any type of serial number to enter.. and cannot move any further with the install unless I get this figured out. Any ideas?
