I amhaving issues with ebooks as it does navigate to the next page, it want anymores working but does. Please help

dear adobe im currently trying to use your adobe digital and the software is unable to load my books completely when a book is open the software only loads a single page and doesnt allow me to go the thorugh the book locking me in to the single page
