adobe digital design is stuck verifying on my desktop..please help

Hello All,

Adobe digital design is stuck verifying on my desktop..please help.

I've tried to uninstall all versions, empty trash, and reinstall, but no success.

I've followed prompts to install past 4.0 version but still stuck on verifying on my Mac.

Any suggestions? And is there any way to phone in support to adobe? Do they not want to help customers?
