ADOBE DIGITAL ED. +PDF FILE WITH password and kobo reader

Dear all,

I really need your help as i'm going a bit crazy here.

I got a ebook Pdf version coming with a password.

I can read it on my computer, even on my phone. 😊😊

I'm trying to read it on my kobo reader and since 2 weeks now, it's just awful.

1- the reader requested to be granted via Ade.

So I did it. But Ade on my computer can't open the file with the following error message or something similar " the current version of Ade can't read pdf document having a password. Please use adobe reader".

2- the reader is still rejecting the book and asking for Ade access granting.

I'm lost.

Thank for any help or clue or even an explanation.
