Adobe Digital Edition 3

Downloaded epub book from public library. When it gets to reader message says Oops! This Document couldn't be opened. Is not currently authorized for use with Adobe ID. Sign in with authorized Id and try again. I have used this same product since 2013. Have tried downloading Adobe Digital 3 again but it still doesn't work.

I have the same question. Cannot open books in Kobo as it says they are DRM protected and my Adobe ID is not authorized for them.
