Adobe Digital Edition 3.0 - changes book title and author name

epub files -> Adobe Digital -> kobo

Everything works except one issue, the name of book changes to something cryptic "p1b99htvl61p6u115cric..." and the author's name is unrecognizable by me as "susan ilvosky" yet when you have the confidence to read the book, the contents are correct - what the hell? how to solve this issue?
