Adobe Digital edition 3 new laptop

Hi there,

I have a new aptop and need to install Adobe Digital Edition new. Now the new version is released. My eReeader is not listed as being supported by thi version. I have Pocket Book Reader Touch. Can I stil install it? Is the new version running stable? I am not an expert with computers so you woulld have to eplain for dummies:=
