Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.11 does not work

Just got a new ereader Koba Libra H2O. Before Sony with Reader for PC, EDA 4.5 with mozilla, edge, chrome. Install is oké, but when I want to open the app it freezes. Just a microsecond on the screen.

Removed the reader for pc but doesn't change anything. 

Is a setting of mine pc maybe wrong. When installing EDA 3.0 i got the message. EDA 3.0 doesn't work any more.

Please give me some advice. Thank you
