Adobe digital edition 4.5 installed but software does not open

Hi I installed Adobe digital edition 4.5 but the software does not seem to open so I can convert and authorise an ebook I purchased?

Adobe digital edition appears on my program Apps but nothing happens if I double click on the software Icon.

I reinstalled  3 times, restarted my computer - no change.

Update I reinstalled to a different folder - and the software is now working!
