Adobe Digital Edition

Hi I have Adobe DE on my iMac and on my iPad and iPhone. But When I add a book into my iMac desktop platform I cannot get it to sync with the other two platforms. They are all authorised with the same account details.

Can somebody advise what I am not doing?
