Want to transfer e-books from computer to tablet. when I connect tablet to computer, it does not show up on ADE in computer.

I have ADE on computer as well as tablet. The tablet shows my Adobe ID but does not show a prompt to authorize the device or enter password.

Computer OS: windows 10. Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab A.

Any other way I can transfer the books?
