I just download the app in my iPhone, even login the adobe ID but cannot read any file. It keeps asking the Deauthorize , what can I do?

    the file is in the library and then i click it, it turns to the page to Deauthorize page, there is login and password, continue or cancel. Both options i tried. still cannot read the file.
