Adobe Digital Edition authorization ebook

Good afternoon I have authorized my account Adobe Digital Editions and recently I 've had to do a factory reset e -book. When I went to move my library to my device, the ADE says I have too many authorizations and can not re- authorize, when really I have only one . As I can to regain the authorization in my book ?
