I bought an e-book on KOBO and I try to download this book. It's an URLLINK (ACSM). Afther clicking on this link my laptop says that my computer is authorized but without an ID?
I have an Adobe ID already, but I do not know what to do now. Can somebody help me please?
You need to authorize ADE.
Best to remove any semi-authorized state first: ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on a Mac).
Restart ADE.
Choose menu-Help-Authorize Computer (or ctrl-shift-U), and enter your AdobeID and password.
After that it should (fingers crossed) go OK.
