Adobe Digital Edition earse authorization problem

I have a problem with earse. I got this message "unable to erase authoeization, please try after some time, but it never works.
I have try many times for many days now, same note, nothing happend.
What to do???
I have change my adobe id, new e-mail, it that why it dosen't work? 

Please help, really want to read my book.
