Adobe Digital Edition First Steps e-book faulty

When I tried to read the first steps on my Tolino e-book reader, I got the error message:"AdobeDigital Edition First Steps e-book faulty." The Tolino is frozen, I can't restart it or get it to do anything.

What now?  Any help, please?
