Adobe Digital Edition Issue

Dear All,

I got one error with opening one document in Adobe Digital Solution. In my organization one of my director got an ebook link and when try to open we are getting the error "Unable to Download - Error getting license.License server communication problem. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" although iam using this application first time. We followed the link and downloaded the e-book. Created a new adobe id and authorized but still getting the issue even tried with a newly created adobe id.

Please help since it is a important task.

    The URLLink.acsm file you have received might have been already opened by another user account and downloaded the book. You can download the book again only using the same account.
