Adobe Digital Edition: Not able to authorize

Hi, I have bought an ebook from the campus eBookstore. When I try to authorize my computer with id and password that I used to buy the book, Adobe is not accepting. The error shows ID or password is wrong. It's

a password without special characters. I tried to type and paste the password. No success.
