adobe digital edition question

Hello,

not seeing this program listed, but the chat support suggested this-

3 weeks ago, this program worked, nothing changed on my computer...

tried borrowing a digital library book, but it won't upload it correctly..

worked with librarian, downloaded different versions, etc. tried re-registering, etc.

nothing works...she says others also have this issue ...adobe is not getting back to her with solutions....

so ANY IDEAS???? why won't it upload books anymore?????
