Adobe Digital Edition Reinstallation issue

I hope to get some help from you all.

Recently I installed Adobe Digital on my laptop and downloaded my ebooks purchahed from Society of Petroleum Engineers. It was all fine. I could read them. I used my Adobe id for authorization and therefore I am supposed to be able to read the e-books  on six different computers. I could install on my another laptop and also it worked fine. This was a few days ago.

But today I see that I can not read open Adobe Digital Edition on my first main computer any more. On the second one it is still working. It does not help me. I need to read them on my main laptop with large double monitors. I reinstalled the program a number of times, but no progress.

Please advice.
