Adobe Digital Edition unable erase authorization
Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 on Mac OS 10.14.6 fails to open a purchased .acsm file but other purchased books open fine. Vendor trouble shooting instructions and similar on Adobe help site indicate that erase authorization and re-authorize may solve the problem.
I am logged into Adobe with Adobe ID but ADE refuses the password when entered for erase authorization.
What is the method to reset the ADE password?
I recently changed my Adobe ID password during this trouble shooting event but that did not remedy the ADE problem.
