Adobe digital edition user issues

Can you help with my below issue ?

I am able to log into my document with my adobe id on my laptop. When I try to access the same document via adobe digital interface on my tablet , I get the error that I have logged into my document with a different adobe id. However, I have only one id : gmail id, is there any way to check how many adobe id I have ? , with my knowledge I have only one abode id. Is there any workaround as to how to access my document on my tablet.

I get the below error

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem.

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

I have only one adobe user which I am using.
