Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 Application Crash with some PDF'S

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Digital Editions (version 4.5.11) on macOS 14.6.1., also it is happenning in other SO. The application crashes and closes unexpectedly whenever I try to open certain PDF files. This problem seems to be specific to these files.

The crash seems to involve a segmentation fault (SIGSEGV) and happens consistently with the same PDFs. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues or if there are any known solutions.

I can also provide an Example PDF to reproduce this issue.
