Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12-ByteBooks authorization problem

Hello, I have an authorization problem with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12 after the transition to ByteBooks.

I created my ByteBooks account with the same email as my former Adobe ID. My old computer was successfully deauthorized, but my new PC still gives this message when i try to authorize it :

“you can authorize this computer provided you do use an Adobe ID that has already been allocated to another computer or mobile device”

My Kobo is correctly detected by ADE, but i cannot transfer my purchased ebook to it.

I have contacted ByteBooks/Wipro twice, but I have received no response. The ByteBooks website also sometimes shows : “ERROR : can’t access property’user’,j.data is undefined”

Could you please help me resolve this authorization problem ?
