Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.4.165157 Font Won't Change

Win 10 environment.  New install of ADE.  Font size will not change.  Selector accepts change, but no change to image.

    An open memo to Adobe Management:  Community Support for this product adds no value.  Problems with font size adjuster in ADE have been open for TWO YEARS!  Does anybody care?!

    I'm having the same problem.  (8-April-2019)  Seems nobody cares.

      Well, it's April 2020 now and the problem still exists. Great support Adobe!
