Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 - Unable to open ebooks after windows re-install

I need a bit of help please. I have these learder guides from HPE that I can not open anymore after I had to re-install my windows 10. I have authorized digital edtions wit my adobe ID, but i get the error attached:
