adobe digital editions and blue fire reader

hi,

im trying to access the books downloaded on my laptop using adobe digital, to read on my ipad using blue fire reader

but i get the error that the book has been downloaded using a different ID and wont open on my Ipad

i only have one ID

i tried the chat service on adobe which is horrible, after keeping me on hold and switching from person to person, instead of explaining the issue, he said

visit the forum and check there

how can i also issue a complain against this person ? they should really be explained to about customer service
