Adobe Digital Editions and Papyre 6.1

I have not been able to download the books in my ebook for quite some time. I have a PAPYRE 6.1 and I can not dowload the books bought in my ebook.
Every time I tried to download in my ebook, Adobe indicates copying but it never ended and eventually brokes.
The program also closes suddenly when I access my device from it.
