Adobe Digital Editions authorizaton

My computer crashed and when trying to autorize ADE in the new computer, it says that I need to contact service assistance to delete the previous authorization. The only service assistance contact seems to be a chat, and the guy there says they don't provide asistance for ADE and that I should post my problem in this community forum.

Can anyone please guide me?
