Adobe Digital Editions/Authorizing Kobo Touch

I have a Kobo Touch, have successfully downloaded ADE and I am unable to authorize the device to it.  I get the message:

"Activation Server Error:  Digital Editions has encountered an error on the activation server"

Is there a way to fix this??
