Adobe Digital Editions Cannot Delete Ebook Permanently in order to Open to other PC

Hi, I would like to seek help regarding our issue on Adobe Digital Editions. I cannot delete a certain Ebook to my PC in order for us to open it on other PC. I tried to delete the records to directory but it keeps on coming back. I even tried to uninstall it but the ebook has synchronize from cloudsync. Any workaround are much appreciated. Thank you!
