Adobe Digital Editions- Computer Authorization does not work

Hey everyone,

I have the following problem: I have a tolino reader on which my Adobe-ID and password work (so it is the right ID and I'm using the right password). But for some reason I cannot authorizate my computer on the  Adobe Digital Editions. Everytime I try, it says: wrong ID or password.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Looking desperately for a solution.
