Adobe digital editions does not start

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions . The software worked fine but one day I could not open it. So I uninstalled and reinstalled everything . But that changed nothing. When I double click on the icon of the software, the hourglass appears (the computer thinks) but the software does not start . I use version 4.0.3 adobe digital edition and Windows XP . thank you kindly help me .

j'ai un problème avec Adobe digital editions. Le logiciel fonctionnait très bien mais un jour je n'ai pas pu l'ouvrir. J'ai donc désinstallé et tout réinstallé. Mais cela n'a rien changé. Lorsque je double clique sur l'icone du logiciel, le sablier apparait (l'ordinateur réfléchit) mais le logiciel ne se lance pas. J'utilise la version 4.0.3 d'adobe digital edition et windows xp. merci de bien vouloir m'aider.
