Adobe Digital Editions does not work

I am running ADE v. 4.5.6 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab with Android 4.4.2. The books I want to read does not show up in ADE, I have tried to deauthorize my Adobe ID and then authorize it again. Nothing happens. It works fine on my Windows 10 laptop but this is no alternative for me. Wjat is the problem ?
