Adobe Digital Editions doesnt download e-book

It says: "Unable to download. Error getting License. License server communication problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12"

I have read already same problems directions. Those advices doesnt help me. I need better help. I am not computerwizard. I have downloaded program again and changed my Adobe ID. This so annoying.
