Adobe Digital Editions / EditionGuard fulfilled eBook transaction

We have a shop that uses EditionGuard to distribute our eBooks. Adobe Digital Editions is used to open the eBooks. We have a customer that is prompted with the message "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again" This user mentioned he has not fulfilled this transaction before so we would like to know who did it. All we can get from the fulfilled transaction is the adobe ID of the user in this format urn:uuid:ff2ddc22-eca0-46c6-a84d-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Is there any way to identify the linked email address that completed a fulfillment using that ID?
