Adobe digital editions - erro para autorização

não consigo realizar a autorização do meu computador para ter acesso ao e-book, sempre surgi o mesmo erro quando tento logar "Código: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED .." ja realizei os procedimentos que são indicados, como adicionar o programa para ter acesso ao firewall, mas mesmo assim ao tentar logar continuo tendo o mesmo problema

    Check you time, date or timezone. One of this are the cause of the error message.
