Adobe Digital Editions error "License Server Communcation Problem"

Hello.  I am having trouble with Adobe Digital Editions, and receiving the error message : Unable to Download, Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem.

E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

I cannot transfer my Google Books to my ereader due to this error message. And it occurs no matter if I use ADE 2.0, 3.0, or 4.58. Is there any way to reset my account.  I need only 3 licenses. Help is appreciated.

    Google has a own limit activation. You must contact the google support to reset this.
