Adobe Digital Editions in my tablet

Can you say what is the problem, because I can't authorize Adobe Digital Editions in my tablet. I can authoize in my computer, but not in tablet.  I try to authorize with Adobe ID.

I have Windows 10 in my computer and in my tablet. Here is picture in my problem.
