Adobe Digital Editions is not responding

Hello, I installed Adobe Digital Editions but it is not responding. The icon appears on the toolbar like any other open program, appears in task management, but does not open. I've used it before and it's always gone. I uninstalled it and installed it several times but nothing.  I have a Windows 10 system.
