Adobe Digital Editions - need to have it reset.

Having lots of problems with my Kobo touch when it comes to downloading books from the public library - and have had to do several 'factory resets'.  Now I have an error message when I try to transfer my public library books onto my Kobo Touch - the message essentially says that I have used too many de-activations for the machine and it needs resetting.  Can't seem to get hold of anyone to ask for this!

To reset the activation contact customer support chat https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=ADE_adobe-id-signing-in_stillNeedHelp and ask for reset of adobe ID.
