Adobe Digital Editions - problem with "erase computer authorization"

Hi, I have Adobe Digital Editions installed on my PC and I do not recognize the login. Actually, it is a mix between my institutional email (@unm.edu) and my personal email (fabiano.t.amorim). Since this email does not exist, I do not have the password and cannot "erase computer authorization". I have deleted the software and reinstalled but it does not change the login. Any suggestion?
