Adobe Digital Editions program doesn't open

I'm tryin to read an E-book on my Adobe Digital Editions program. And it doesn't open the window at all. The program comes to the tools on the bottom of the screen but doesn't open at all. I tried to reinstall and everything but nothing happens.

I was reading the E-book earlier today. Closed my laptop for lunch, tried to go back and now it doesn't work.

What can I do?
