Adobe Digital Editions - query

Can anyone help.

I am trying to upload an E Document and keep getting the pop up message below

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

Does anyone know how I fix this?
