Adobe Digital Editions stopped working.

multiple issues downloading EpUB from NY Public library. Was able to see and read them in PC but wouldn't transfer to Nook Glowlight Plus. Then deleting files and redownloading cause ADE to hang and be totally locked. Uninstalling and re-installing now have issue where files exist in folder but cannot load to bookshelf because it says they are already there. Getting really PO'd about this. Been having issues with ADE for a month or 2 now.
