Adobe Digital Editions Stopped Working

While doing multiple copy option in a file, the ADE (all versions) are stopped working suddenly. Can you please suggest a solution to resolve the problem.

Do used which operation system? Have you all Version installed of Digital Edition to the same time?

No we have not installed all versions at the same time.We found the issue with windows XP, windows 2008 R2 OS.

Windows XP should used only Digital Edtion 3.0. No version of 4.0 and more this version to new for XP. You used the software with admin rights?
